Financial Eligibility
  • Net Income at or below 200% of the current Federal Poverty Level. Sliding scale co-payments for income over 200%.
Medical Eligibility
  • HIV +

Pharmacy Any pharmacy.
Other Services Early Intervention Program - pays for initial doctor's visits and medical tests that will assess the baseline information about your current health. Also pays for immunization, Pap Test and pregnancy test.

The HIV Insurance Continuation Assistance Program (ICAP) - Will pay the insurance premiums for eligible individuals who, because of HIV/AIDS-related illness, are unable to continue working or who have had to reduce their hours of employment and are at risk of losing their existing health insurance coverage.

The HIV Dental Care Assistance Program (DCAP) - Provides free dental assessments and offers additional preventative care, including cleanings and basic restorative treatments such as fillings.
