Financial Eligibility
  • Income at or below 300% of the current Federal Poverty Level adjusted for family size.
  • Liquid assets of less than $10,000.
  • No third party payor source with medical benifits.

  • HIV +
  • Have an ACCESS form on file, updated annually with New Mexico Department of Health.
