Financial Eligibility	Income at or below 300% of the current Federal Poverty Level.
Medical Eligibility	HIV +
Enrollment	Residency in South Dakota. No insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Complete and submit the Ryan White Title II CARE Program Application Form. Approval Notified in writing. Annual recertification is required.
Program Restrictions	Limit of $7,000 in benefits to each client. No Protease Inhibitors.
Pharmacy	Before purchasing prescription drugs, call the Ryan White Title II CARE Program at (605) 773-3523 to set up a direct-billing arrangement with the pharmacy.
Other Services	The Continuation of Health Insurance Program provides financial assistance for clients to maintain health insurance including insurance premiums, deductibles, and co-payments. Insurance plan must be more economical than paying for the services would be.
